阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗青年人伴有血管狭窄脑梗死临床研究

目的探讨阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷对青年人伴有血管狭窄脑梗死的临床治疗效和不良反应.方法选取青年人伴有血管狭窄的脑梗死患者120例,采用单盲法随机分为两组,对照组单独给予阿司匹林,观察组在对照组的基础上加用氯吡格雷,比较两组治疗前后的血小板聚集率、临床疗效和不良反应情况.结果对照组和观察组患者血小板聚集率和临床疗效均有明显改善(P0.05),且观察组明显优于对照组;两组患者间不良反应无明显差别.结论阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷对青年人伴有血管狭窄的脑梗死治疗效果优于单用阿司匹林,且未增加不良反应,值得临床推广.

Clinical Investigation on the Combination of Aspirin and Clopidogrel in the Treatment of Cerebral Infarction in Young Patients with Hemadostenosis

Objective To explore the clinical treatment effects and adverse reactions of aspirin combined with clopidogrel on cerebral infarction in young patients with hemadostenosis.Methods 120 cerebral infarction young patients with hemadostenosis were randomly divided into two groups by single blind method.The control group was given aspirin alone,and the observation group was given clopidogrel on the basis of the control group.The platelet aggregation rates, clinical efficacies and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results Compared with the control group,the platelet aggregation rate and clinical efficacy of the observation group were significantly improved ( P<0 .05 ) .No difference on the adverse reactions was observed between the observation group and the control group.Conclusion The clinical efficacy of aspirin combined with clopidogrel in the treatment of cerebral infarction in young patients with hemadostenosis is superior to aspirin alone without any other adverse reactions,which is worth to be popularized.
