摘    要:煤炭开采和洗选加工过程中排放出大量的煤矸石,发展煤矸石烧结砖可节约大量能源,有利于新型建材“绿色”可持续发展。根据能源的梯级利用原理;综合考虑煤矸石烧制砖的原料配比、工艺技术以及主要设备情况,系统地构建了煤矸石砖热值利用节能测算模型,以山西煤矸石烧制砖为例进行了测算和分析,结果表明,2010年山西煤矸石烧结砖行业共节能约99.381万t标准煤。

Study on Utilization of Calorific Values of Coal Gangue Bricks and Calculating Model of Energy Savings
Abstract:The large amount of gangues will be produced in the processes of mining and washing of coal, and the development of coal gangue bricks can save a lot of energy resources and also help the green sustainable development of new building materials. Based on the principle of cascade utilization of energy, considering the ratio of raw materials in preparing the coal gangue bricks, technology and techniques, as well as major equipment, the calculating model for utilization of calorific values and energy savings of coal gangue bricks was systematically constructed and, measurements and analysis were done taking the gangue brick prepared with Shanxi coal gangue as example. The results showed that total energy of approximate 993 800 tons of coal equivalent was saved in the industry of coal gangue bricks in Shanxi Province in 2010.
