HPLC对改性活性炭湿式催化氧化酚类废水的产物分析研究

建立HPLC法同时测定经湿式催化氧化酚类废水中11种物质.采用Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18为分析柱,乙腈-0.01 mol/L磷酸二氢钠水溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,在0～10 min采用210 nm,10～24 min采用276nm进行检测.回收率为95％～105％; RSD为0.9％～4.5％;检出限为0.033～6.580 ng(S/N=3).该方法操作简单,分离效果好,灵敏度高,重现性好,为产物分析检验提供了一种可靠的方法.

Determination of modified activated catalytic wet air oxidation of phenols wastewater by HPLC

To simultaneously determine the contents of eleven components in wet catalytic oxidation of phenols waste water by HPLC method.The separation of eleven ingredients was achieved on a Agi-- lent Eclipse XDB-C18 column（250 min×4.6 mm, 5μm）with gradient elution using solvents of acetonitrile and 0.01 mol/L sodiuat phosphate dibasic, The detective wave length was at 210 or 276 nat.The recovery rate was in the range of 95%--105%, and the relative standard deviations（RSD）were in the range of 0.9%--4.5%.The detection limits ranged from 0.033ng-6.580ng（S/N=3）.Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive, accurate and reproducible, it can be used to product analysis and provide efefective method.
