摘    要:该文通过介绍核电站主管道窄间隙自动焊工艺的开发和主设备及主管道安装焊接逻辑优化,并成功在CPR1000项目上实施成果,系统的分析CPR1000核岛主管道自动焊实施对核电站主管道焊接质量的进一步提高,焊接工期的进一步优化,以及核电站建造成本的进一步降低起到积极的贡献:采用自动焊工艺,单道焊缝焊接工期将相对手工焊缩短15~20 d,核岛安装关健路径工期将由此缩短30~45 d,由此带来商运提前直接经济效益近2亿元.中国改进型百万千瓦级核电站主管道自动焊的成熟应用,也将为我国后续自主完成三代AP1000及EPR堆型自动焊技术提供强有力技术准备.

Abstract:The development of the narrow gap automatic welding process of the Nuclear Power Plant and the main equipment and primary coolent pipes to install the welding logic optimization has already used in the CPRI000 projects.The automatic Welding of the CPR1000 nuclear coolant pipes has implementaled the quality of welding and improved the welding duration further compression, as well as played a positive contribution to reduce the cost of nuclear power plant construction~ Using automatic welding process, a single weld welding duration relative manual welding shortened by 15--20 days, the nuclear installing time will be shortened by 30--45 days, and the direct economic benefit of nearly 200 million yuan.Mature application of automatic welding of the primary coolant pipes of the CPR1000 nuclear power plant, will also provide our follow--up completing three generations of the AP1000 and EPR power plant automatic welding technology.
