小麦穗光合作用对干旱胁迫的响应

摘    要:研究了土壤干旱胁迫下小麦(Triticum aestivum L.)穗光合作用的特点.结果表明,干旱胁迫下,穗光合速率下降幅度远小于叶片,类胡萝卜素与叶绿素的比值较高且稳定,PEPC活性诱导增强,暗示穗器官有较强的耐逆性,旗叶是较敏感的器官.

Abstract:The characteristic of ear photosynthesis to drought stress in wheat has been studied. The results show that the decrease of photosynthesis of ear is less than that of flag leaf under water stress. The ratios of carotenoid/chlorophylle is higher in ear than flag leaf. PEPC activity is induced added. All of these suggested that the ability of drought tolerance in ear is higher than in flag leaf. Flag leaf is more sensitive to water stress than ear.
