| 摘 要： | IETF是国际互联网领域的重要学术和技术标准制定组织。介绍了IETF的学术地位、组织形式等,分析和预测了近年来IETF的研究热点和下一代互联网研究趋势,同时对我国学者在下一代互联网领域的研究成果的国际标准化工作进行了介绍,并提出了相关政策建议。
