| Abstract: | Zusammenfassung Extrakte aus Weizenpflanzen enthalten ein System, welches Chlorocholinchlorid zu Cholinchlorid umwandelt. Dieses System wird durch pH, aber nicht durch die Temperatur beeinflusst und hat zwei Komponenten; die erste wird durch ZnCl2 gefällt, und die andere ist dialysierbar. |
