有限变形条件下多晶体弹-塑性有限单元法

摘    要:根据由考虑面心立方晶体滑移特性而建立的矩阵形式的晶体弹塑性本构方程,以及滑移的泛函式,推导出了大变形条件下的晶体弹-塑性有限单元法的计算公式,并绘制了程序框图。对双晶铝试样采用八结点六面体等参单元进行了有限元计算,结果证明该方法是可行的。

Abstract:The micromechanical model of slip deformation process of polycrystals is proposed according to the slip characteristics of polycrystals.The constitutive relationship with the consideration of Jaumenn rate of Kirchhoff stress for elastic plastic crystals in incremental form are developed.A finite element formulation for large elastic plastic deformation of polycrystals is proposed in incremental form.The effect of rotation of crystal axes besides usual element rotation is taken into account,and the tensile test of bicrystal specimen of FCC face center cubic metals (Al) is modeled numerically and calculated tentatively.
