| 摘 要： | 本文给出了一种用Monte Carlo模拟进行俄歇定量分析的方法。这种方法是从模拟合金的俄歇电流相对强度比出发进行定量分析的。为能较为准确地求得俄歇电流相对强度比,本文在模拟中采用了统计权重因子进行计算。用这种计算方法进行Monte Carlo计算,收敛性及计算精度都较好,计算量也较小,便于实际应用。本文给出了用上述方法对Zr·Co和Zr·Ni两种合金进行定量分析的结果。结果是令人满意的。

| Abstract: | A Monte-Carlo Method is proposed for quantitative Auger analysis. Bythis method, tbe ratio of relative Auger signal in an alloy can be get. Anew simulation technique is used. With a statistical weight factor, the calcu-lations converge rapidly, and get good accuracy in less computer time, whichmakes it easy to use. Examples of determing the compositions of Zr-Co andZr-Ni alloys are given. The results are satisfactory. |
