摘    要:本文研究了在pH11.O的硼砂—氢氧化钠介质中,痕量钴(Ⅱ)催化过氧化氢氧化桑色素褪色的指示反应,建立了催化光度法测定痕量钴的新方法,方法的线性范围为0~0.05μg/ml,检出限为7.5×10~(-11)g/ml,用于维生素B_(12)中钴的测定,结果满意。

Abstract:A new catalytic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace Cobolt has been studied. The method is based on the catalytic effect of Cobalt( II )on the oxidation of morin by hydrogen peroxide in the Na 2B4O7-NaOHCPH=l 1.0 medium. The Linear range is 0 - 0.05 M g/ml. The detection limit of Cobalt( n )is 7.5 x 10-11g/ml..The method has been applied to the determination of Cobalt in vitamin B12 with satisfactory result.
