摘    要:提出了一种参数化啮合斜齿轮三维有限元网格自动生成方法,并编制了相应的计算机程序,只需输入啮合斜齿轮必要的参数,即可自动生成一对啮合斜齿轮的三维有限元网格.对所提出的方法及程序进行了计算机仿真验证.

Abstract:The automatic generation of 3 D finite element mesh for engaged helical gear is a rather arduous job because of the complexity of the engagement and form features. A method for parameterized automatic generation of 3 D FE mesh is developed with the corresponding computer program written. The 3 D FE mesh of a pair of engaged helical gears will be automatically generated after the parameters required are input. The method and the program are flexible and accurate in use and the modeling of the engaged helical gears is greatly simplified.
