高职旅游专业创新型人才培养的保障措施建设

为使高职旅游管理专业创新型人才培养目标顺利实现,保障措施建设必不可少。文章以国内外关于保障措施的研究结果为基础,提出了该专业创新型人才培养的7项保障措施：即创新型人才的培养目标与规格保障、建立课程内容和课程体系动态调整机制、完善适应创新型人才培养教学团队建设的制度保障措施、创造促进旅游管理专业创新人才培养的良好环境、建立创新能力较强的师资队伍和有效的考核评价方式、教学管理部门出台学生创新活动的奖励措施、做好制度建设和建立有效沟通机制来赢得社会认可,以期为高职层次的旅游专业创新型人才培养提供理论借鉴。

The Construction of Safeguard Measures in Cultivation of Innovative Talents of Tourism Management Curricula

In order to achieve objective of cultivation of innovative talents of tourism management curriculum, construction of safeguard measures is a must. The paper is based on the research both home and abroad on safeguards and proposes 7 safeguards： innovative training objectives and specifications, establishment of dynamic adjustment mechanism of the course content and curriculum, perfect teaching team construction which fits the innovative talents training, create a favorable environment for the promotion of tourism management nurturing of creative professionals, establish teachers＇ innovation ability of and effective assessment, teaching management departments set up awarding policy for innovation activities, improve regulations construction and establish effective communication mechanisms to gain social acceptance, and provide theoretical reference for training professionals innovative talent training.
