| 摘 要： | 针对目前CAD/CAM集成中存在的问题 ,介绍了面向制造过程的产品模型中的关键技术———零件可制造性检查的基本思想和方法 ,即把零件的可制造性检查分解到每一步制造操作中 ,根据设计者指定的虚拟加工环境 ,分别进行加工可行性和工艺性检查 ,并引入了相关概念 ,着重讨论了加工可行性检查的方法和步骤 .

| Abstract: | Aimed at the problems existing in the integration between CAD and CAM at present, a basic principle and method of examining part manufacturability is introduced, which is one of the key aspects in the manufacturing process based production model. The examining of part manufacturability is decomposed into each step of manufacturing operations. The feasibilities of fabrication and techniques are checked according to the special virtual environment of each manufacturing operation designated by designers. For the convenience of presentation, some conceptions are introduced. The method and the approach of feasibility of fabrication are emphasized. |
