| 摘 要： | 提取纯化半枝莲中的黄酮成分.方法：采用醇提法提取半枝莲中的黄酮成分,利用大孔树脂法分离纯化,运用液相色谱-质谱联用法（LC-MS）进行检测.结果：半枝莲黄酮成分主要存在于20%乙醇洗脱部分和40%乙醇洗脱部分.结论：结果说明此提取纯化方法具有可行性.

| Abstract: | to study the flavonoids in medicine Scutellaria barbata D.Don.Method:the flavonoids in the Scutellaria barbata D.Don were distilled by ethanol, sublimated by macroporous resin and analyzed by LC-MS.Results :the flavonoids were gotten from the parts desorbing with 20% and 40% ethanol.Conclusion:these methods of distillation and purification are doable. |
