摘    要:通过分析齿轮副支承系统的弹性变形,提出了载荷当量VHJ的概念,利用这一概念能方便地求得支承系统变形与齿面接触区偏移的关系,进而给出了齿轮副载荷敏感度的概念,找到了影响齿轮副载荷敏感度的两个主要因素:一是齿轮副支承系统的刚性;二是轮齿齿面自身特性。并进一步分析了它与加工刀盘半径的关系。

Abstract:This paper presents a new concept--Load Equivalent V. H. J. for analyzing the effect of mounting deflections on spiral bevel and hypoid tooth contact behavior in the loaded state. The loaded tooth contact zone can be easily found by using the Load Equivalent V. H. J. This paper presents also a new idea --- load susceptibility and gives its physical definition. Furthermore, two main factors affecting load susceptibility are found. The first is gear mounting stiffness. The second is tooth surface geometry. Finally, the effect of the cutter radius on load susceptibility is discussed.
