| 摘 要： | 运用灰色系统联络与体育控制论方法科学地指导吴新辉课余训练，取得了显著的训练效果，通过对其训练成功经验的总结与分析，论述了从系统角度设计控制训练的操作程序，提出了许多启迪意义的课余训练观点．它对高校田径高水平运动员课余训练具有一定的参观价值与借鉴作用。

| Abstract: | A marked training progress has been gotten in spare time of Wu Xinhui, in which a way of gray-system-connect and physics cybernetics were used scientific. This essay discusses the training order from the systematic design of training order and quite a few of new viewpoints enlightening are advanced. We might make use of it when we are doing training on top athletes in their spare time in universities. |
