| 摘 要： | 国际物流是企业在世界范围内生产和分销产品时为取得竞争优势和规模效益在国与国之间进行的物流运作。每个跨国物流系统都是复杂特殊的。本文通过对美国企业的国际物流运作的研究，分析探讨了他们的物流系统中五种成功的运作模式。
