| Abstract: | The advantage of Shanxi coal market lies in resources, while the disadvantage lies in such respects as transportation and industry upgrading, so it is imperative to transfer from resources development to processing appreciation, accelerate implementing the development strategy of large companies and groups, advance the innovation of systems and mechanisms, strengthen the structural adjustment and promote the optimization and upgrading of industry for Shanxi to develop in a real and new industrialized way. |
