| 摘 要： | 目的建立化学发光免疫法,测定C-肽及临床糖尿病患者胰岛素治疗跟踪与稳定性的可行性评估.方法 LEIA抗原竞争法.结果 CLIA测定C-肽的批内与批间变异系数分别为4.2%和5.0%.结论 CLIA法测定C-肽能及时有效地满足糖尿病患者的临床需要.

| Abstract: | Objective To establish CLIA for determination of C-peptide and to evaluate the possibility of follow-up and stability of C-peptide diabetic patients.Methods CLIA.Results CVs of C-peptide within-run and between-run were (4.2%) and(5.0%) by using CLIA.Conclusion CLIA can satisfy clinical requirement of patients with diabeletes mellitus immediately and effectively. |
