造纸工业中漂白技术发展进程及方法论启示

现代科学技术对源于中国的古老的造纸术得到了很大的发展，使之从作坊匠人的手艺中摆脱出来，成为一项现代工业。然而迅速发展的造纸工业对环境造成严重污染，其中最主要的污染来自于漂白工序。因此，寻求利用微生物及其胞外酶代替化学品来进行无毒性污染物产生的清洁生产的新技术，新工艺，就成了世界众多科技工作的前沿研究课题。

THE DEVELOPMENT PROCESS OF BLEACH TECHNOLOGY IN PULP AND PAPER INDUSTRY AND THE INSPIRATION OF METHODOLOGIES

The Chinese ancient paper making skill has been developed into a modern industry by modern science and Technology.But the rapid development of the industry especially the bleach process causes hard environment pollution.Therefore,the new techniques of using microbes or enzymes to achieve toxin pollutantless production become study task.After 20 years world wide efforts hemicellulolytic enzymes have been used in the industry successfully.The use of ligninolytic enzymes is still in study.The study needs dialectics as a guide.The development of bleach technology and some questions of methodology in the front study are discussed by comparing the methodologies of Chinese traditional science and modern science.
