| 摘 要： | 以福建省建筑节能监管体系建设工作为基础,介绍了本地区酒店建筑的能耗现状.选取了建筑面积、空调冷源侧功率等8个主要能耗影响因素作为回归分析初始变量,通过主成分分析,提取出3个主成分,并在此基础上,建立了酒店建筑能耗二次回归模型,从统计学及实践两个角度验证了该模型的准确性和有效性.

| Abstract: | Based on the Fujian building energy-conservation supervision system,this paper presents a multivariate statistic method to analyze the energy consumption performance of hotel building.By using principal components analysis technique,three main affecting factors are extracted from energy consumption data including 8 feature factors.In addition,the predicted model to hotel building energy consumption,with respect to obtained three principal components,is developed based on the multivariable regression method.... |
