| 摘 要： | 2003年我国的GDP增长率高迭8％,其中有一半以上是民营企业创造的,民营经济已经成为经济发展的主要力量。但是,融资难成为中小民营企业进一步发展的“瓶颈”。分析了中小民营企业融资的现状及其融资难的原因,提出了解决中小民营企业融资难的几条建议。

| Abstract: | GDP growth rate of our country is up to 8 % in 2003, among them there is over half that was created by the people- run enterprises, and private economy has already become main strength of economic development. But the difficulties in financing have become the "bottleneck" for the further development of the minor people- run enterprises. This paper analyzes on the present situation of the financing of the minor people- run enterprises and the causes why it is difficult for the minor people- run enterprises to make financing, and puts forward several suggestions for solving the difficulties in financing of the minor people- run enterprises. |
