| 摘 要： | 本文论述了在Ｃ５３１２５立车的设计过程中，在方案初选阶段采用有限元分析法对该机床的所在大件进行分析计算，并运用各大件自身刚度对比、整机弹性位移平衡、大件刚度匹配等综合分析的方法，对立柱、横梁、滑枕等重要大件进行了多方案优选。
