摘    要:研究了活塞的热负荷对活塞的破坏作用,提出两种削弱温度的方法,并将改进后的活塞进行装车试验考核,对试验报告和拆检报告进行分析后表明,按所提出的方法进行改进,可以提高活塞和活塞环工作的可靠性和耐久性,延长其服役寿命。

Abstract:Through studying the destructive effects of the heat load on the piston, the authors put forward two ways to reduce the temperature and experiment of automobile installed with the improved piston. The result of experimental report shows that it is can improve the reliability and durability of piston and piston ring according to our ways, and as a result, can prolong their life span.
