稀土低合金空淬马氏体——贝氏体耐磨铸钢的研究

摘    要:一种新型低合金耐磨铸钢经空淬处理,获得下贝氏体和马氏体组织,综合机械性能优越。工业试验表明,用该钢制造的破碎锤头耐磨性是高锰钢的3.4倍,是低合金马氏体钢的1.8倍。

Abstract:A new low-alloy wear-resistant cast steel is introduced in the paper. By air-quenching,the steel obtains lower bainite and martensite, and its mechanical properties are very advantageous. Industrial experiment results revealed that wear resistance of breaking hammerhead-made steel was 2.4 times higher than that of high Mn steel, and 0.8 times higher than that of low-alloy martensite steel.
