濒危植物缙云卫矛的形态分化研究

摘    要:缙云卫矛(Euonymus chloranthoides Yang)为我国二级保护植物,特产于重庆地区。经笔者调查发现该植物的现存数量已非常有限。笔者对现已处于濒顾状态的缙云卫矛进行全分布范围内取样,共确定7个居群91个个体,结合数量统计分析、运用SPSS程序及NTSYS-pc软件对其外部形态分化进行研究。结果显示:无论是运用SPSS程序还是NTSYS-pc软件,其聚类分析结果均显示同一居群的个体并不是完全有序地聚在一起,而不同居群的个体却常常无序地归为一类;这反映出缙云卫矛在居群水平上没有明显的、有规律可寻的形态分化,说明该植物在形态上对微生境的适应能力较弱,这点可能也是导致该植物濒临绝灭的原因之一。

Abstract:One of such species is Euonymus chloranthoides Yang which is the second class protected endangered species and endemic to Chongqing. Based on investigations and statistical analysis in fields wherever it lives, we found that its quantities are scarcely . With the help of the statistical analysis such as SPSSand multivariate analysis like NTSYS-pc, we studied the outer morphological differentiation of 91 individuals from 7 populations in the endangered species E. chloranthoides Yang. The result reveals that the individuals in the same population not always fall regularly into the same cluster, while those of different populations often fall into the same cluster irregularly .It reflected that its outer morphology show weak adaptation to different micro-habitats. It maybe one of causes which lead to the endangered of this species .
