| 摘 要： | 目前东莞企业以劳动密度集型为主，它对人才的需求是一种低学历为主，地方特色不明显的结构。随着产业升级的推进，东莞企业对人才的需求将会出现专业结构越来越复杂，学历越来越高，地方特色逐渐明显的新趋势。

| Abstract: | The enterprises in Dongguan are maily of Labour-intensive type.On the whole,they need personnel with little formal schooling, indicating no cocal peculiarities. Meeting the changing needs of modernization, their demand for personnel is becoming more and more complicated for personnel with more specialities better educational background and greater adaptability. Accordingly, the college in Dengguan should take the following measres : Learning from the successful experience of the four small dragons, carrying on dynamic education, safely predicting the demand for qualified personnel, improving teaching materials, reforming the teaching method, and training the most talental students to become specialists for the service of some enterprises. |
