金属冷塑性变形滑移带样品制备及实验运行

摘    要:选择黄铜、工业纯铁进行滑移带观察样品的制备。黄铜的压缩率控制在3%~4%即可,可以观察单滑移、多(复)滑移现象;工业纯铁主要观察交滑移现象,压缩率控制在5%~6%。实验课程的运行过程中,还可以选择铝合金固溶处理后的样品,采用锤击的简单形式由同学自己亲自制备滑移带样品,可以起到更好的实践锻炼作用。

Abstract:Brass and ingot were selected for the preparation of slip band samples. If compression ratio of brass samples is controlled within the range of 3% -4%, both of single slippage and multiple slippage phenomena can be observed. As for ingot samples, cross slippage phenomenon could be mainly observed below 5% -6% compression ratio. During experimental course performance, students can prepare slip band samples on their own with hammering of aluminum alloy processed through solution treatment, so that they can gain more opportunities for practice.
