| 摘 要： | 从选择战略联盟的必要性出发，分析了战略联盟的特点，提出了层次分析法（AHP）在战略伙伴选择中的应用．利用层次分析法，企业可以依据自身的实际情况和备选企业的特点，对备选企业进行评比、排序，以选择出最优合作伙伴． |

| Abstract: | Strategic alliance has been an important tool to realize firm's strategic goal and highlight competitive advantage in globalization environment,then selecting allied associate has became a key question by all appearance.According to the essentiality of strategic alliance,the characteristics of the partener of strategc alliance was analyzed,and the analytic hierarchy process was applied in the strategic alliance partner selection.By using of the analytic hierarchy process,firm can select the best partner according to its fact and partners' characteristic,by appraisal of all partners which can be selected. |
