电脉冲触发气体火花开关的研制

摘    要:结合现有理论与研究成果,研制出了一套既具有良好屏蔽效果又有助于减小脉冲上升时间的同轴一体式气体火花开关装置.通过对开关的自击穿特性及触发特性进行的实验研究表明,开关具有电感小、触发特性好等优点,并成功应用于脉冲源装置.

Abstract:A set of coaxial integrative gas spark switch which has fine shielding effect and at the same time is helpful to diminish pulse rise time was developmented based on currently existing theory and research findings in this paper.the experiment research carried out for self-breakdown and trigger characteristics of switch indicated that switch had advantages of little inductance and good trigger chatacteristics,and was successfully used to pulse generator equipment.
