| 摘 要： | 研究陕西大中型民营科技企业可持续发展的思路与对策．认为思想观念保守，缺乏扩张动力，技术创新停滞，管理仍不规范，产权不清晰等是制约陕西民营科技企业发展的主要问题．提出了可持续发展的思路及对策建议，即：管理科学化、融资多元化、技术创新化、加强人力资源管理及建立企业文化等，以期推动这些企业继续发展．

| Abstract: | Sustainable development direction and specific proposals for Shaanxi large and medium private-operated technology enterprises are studied.Some development problems,such as conservative ideas,lack of expanding motive,tie-up of technology innovation,irregular management,are unfavarable for their sustainable growth.Furthmore,sustainable development direction and specific proposals are offered here,such as scientific administration,multiple financing methods,technology innovation,consolidating man force management,which will be helpful to promote them. |
