| Abstract: | The paper talks about the scope of the accused and cause of action,legal status of corporate and other shareholders in the civil proceedings,etc.The author explored the legal status in suit subject of shareholder's repersentative by applying the theory about civil action.Therefore,it has great benefit to shareholder's representative action. |
