| Abstract: | The formation and development of China's democratic politics culture needs certain preconditions. This thesis expounds the role the revolution of Information science and technology plays in accelerating the development of China's democratic politics culture, from the following perspectives: material base where democratic politics culture emerges, people's quality and their consciousness of democracy, and structuring of social organizations and system. |
