阳离子A对内毒素休克中一氧化氮水平的影响

摘    要:探讨阳离子A(CA)对内毒素(ET)诱导的机体内一氧化氮(NO)水平的影响,采用ET所致家兔内毒素休克的模型,分别在3、4、8、12 h检测血液和肝脏组织中NO水平的动态变化,并观察CA注射液对上述指标的影响。于实验结束后取标本进行病理学检查。结果模型组中各时间段的NO水平均显著升高(P<0.01),其升高水平和组织、器官的损害程度相一致。CA组的NO水平则显著降低(P<0.01,P<0.05),病理组织学改变亦轻。说明NO参与内毒素休克的发病机制,而CA可有效地中和血循环中的ET,降低ET诱导的炎性因子的产生,并能有效地减少机体内过量NO的产生,减轻炎症反应及组织器官的损害,对内毒素休克有一定的防治作用。

Abstract:To investigate the effects of cation A (CA) on endotoxin (ET)-induced nitric oxide (NO) levels, The NO levels of blood and liver samples were taken for measure at the times of 3 h, 4h, 8h, 12 h respectively with the normal controls group, endotoxin shock group and CA protective group. Autospy and pathology study were performed soon after the experiment. The NO levels of all times were increased markedly in model group, which-were confirmed pathologically with obvious damage of tissues or organs. While in CA group the above mentioned parameters and damage of tissues or organ were reduced significantly (P<0. 01, P<0. 05). It is conclused that NO might be involved in pathogenesis of endotoxic shock, and CA could be used in preventing or treating it through mechanism of effectively reducing ET-in-duced production of inflammatory factors and massive NO of body.
