| Abstract: | In this paper, the method of gathering on paramecium caudatum in different temperatures is introduced and the method of culturing paramecium caudatum with sublimating and ecological law is put forward. The author explores three observational methods of living paramecium caudatum, which are beseted reagent, perplexed cilium and volume-quantifying. |
