SMS/GPRS/USSD和GIS的路灯监控和管理系统的总体设计与实现

摘    要:基于SMS/GPRS/USSD和GIS的路灯监控和管理系统是采用计算机技术、自动控制技术、自动检测和通信技术,将路灯系统的监控管理形成一个统一的模块化、网络化、智能化的整体系统.系统采用公网通信技术代替专网通信技术,实现路灯系统的监控管理.采用GIS、GPS校时和车辆跟踪系统,实现对路灯系统的综合运行管理.通过在多个城市路灯监控管理系统中应用,充分验证了系统的稳定性和抗干扰性,提高了路灯监控和管理的效率和质量.

Abstract:A SMS/GPRS/USSD and GIS based street lamp monitoring and management system was designed with technologies of computer,automation,automatic detection and communications.It made the monitoring and management of street lamps to be achieved an integrated and intelligent system that consists of modules and networks.The public network technology was adopted to replace the special network technology in the system.Besides,GIS and GPS were used to track vehicles and adjust time in order to realize comprehensive management.Its high stability and interference immunity has been demonstrated in the application of this system in many cities.The efficiency and quality of the street lamp monitoring and management were also improved.
