车用涡轮增压器压气机叶轮几何参数优化设计和性能分析

摘    要:针对车用涡轮增压器,研究了压气机叶轮几何参数的优化设计方法,分析了几何参数对压气机性能的影响,建立了压气机设计系统几何参数的优化策略.通过具体实例计算,对比了不同参数对叶轮性能的影响, 通过调整叶片的进出口角度、进口直径、出口宽度以及正确选择叶片出口叶尖间隙等措施进一步提高了压气机性能.所建立的叶轮几何参数优化选择方法,可用于车用涡轮增压器离心压气机的几何参数优化和性能预测.

Abstract:The method of optimization calculation for some key geometric parameters in an impeller is investigated. The main factors on impeller efficiency are analyzed, and the geometric parameter optimization strategies of compressor design system are established. By going through the calculation and contrasting the results, geometric parameters such as impeller blade inlet and exit angle, inlet diameter, tip depth and tip clearance can be adjusted to improve the compressor performance. The method of impeller parameters optimization design can be used in the selection of geometric parameters and the performance prediction of vehicle turbochargers.
