高效低阻旋风分离器的试验与开发

摘    要:对影响PV型旋风分离器分离性能的关键尺寸和结构进行了改进,开发出了一种压降更低、效率更高的PVE型旋风分离器。对改进后的分离器性能进行了试验,由试验结果可知,缩小排气管下口直径,可提高旋风分离器分离效率,但同时分离器的压降也大幅度上升。压降上升问题可以通过在排气芯管上开若干条狭缝加以解决。改进排尘口的结构,适当地增加分离空间的高度,并进行了优化匹配,可以在保持压降基本不变的条件下提高旋风分离器的效率

Abstract:The structures and the critical dimensions of a normal cyclone separator are improved, and a new type of cyclone PV|E is developed. The results of experiments on the properties of PV|E cyclone show that diminishing the diameter of outlet suction can increase the pressure drop of separator remarkably while the separation efficiency of the cyclone separator is enhanced. Some slots are made on the discharging core tube, which can keep the pressure drop stable. By means of the improvement of structure of discharging suction, raise of the height of separation space and optimization of matching, the separation efficiency of cyclone separator can be improved under the condition of unchanged pressure drop.=
