认真学习"三个代表"理论全面贯彻党的教育方针

本文认为“三个代表”思想是总结我们党80年历史得出的一个重要结论。“三个代表”从政治、经济、文化三个方面进一步揭示了党的先锋队的实质和内涵,为党的建设和各项工作指明了方向。作者就学校教育工作如何贯彻“三个代表”的思想进行了论述。

STUDY THE THEORY OF "THREE REPRESENTS" CONSCIENTIONSLY AND CARRY OUT THE PARTY'S EDUCATIONAL PRINCIPLE IN AN ALL-ROUND WAY

The conception of "Three-Represents"is based on the experience the Chinese Communist Party has gained over the past 80 years.It's coherent with the spirit of the "Three-Benefits" put forward by Deng Xiaoping, which is not only the fundamental principle of our Party, but also the vital guidance for any other work. Teachers of the school should try to create good surroundings and mechanism system for cultivation of talents. Leaders of the school should form the conception of service and talent-encouragement system in the school. It's no good laying more emphasis on the scale of the school rather than on its teaching quality.
