| Abstract: | In this paper the thecretical basis of applying the negative absorbance to digital spectrophotometer is discussed. The error analysis and the plotting of analytical curve are illustrated. It is shouvn that the application of negative absorbance will result in a wider analytical range. Smaller relative error and simpler operation. |
