| 摘 要： | 松树萎蔫病是由松材线虫(Bursaphelenchusxylophilus)引起的松属树种上的一种毁灭性的病害,因此,对松材线虫致病机理的研究具有重要的理论和实践意义.根据松材线虫和拟松材线虫致病性的差异,通过活体染色对松材线虫和拟松材线虫分泌-排泄物进行了比较研究,发现松材线虫和拟松材线虫线虫分泌-排泄物存在明显的差别,这种差别可能与松材线虫的致病性有关.

| Abstract: | The pine wilt disease caused by the pine wood nematode (Bursaphelenchus xylophilus)is one of the most devasting diseases of pine tress.Therefore,the studies of pathogenesis of Bursaphelenchus xylophilus will provide with theoretic and practical significance.In this study,secretory-excretory proteins between Bursaphelenchus xylophilus and B.mucronatus were compared by stain.The results showed secretion-excretions of Bursaphelenchus xylophilus are very different from that of B.mucrondtus.The differences are possibly related to pathogenesis of Bursaphelenchus xylophilus. |
