| Abstract: | The paper explores the activity of information conductive complex in scientific and technological innovation and the interactive effects between provision and making of information within organizations by taking information and value conductivity as a cutting-in point.It also analyzes the effective mode,i.e.,the effects of information conductive complex,and China's scientific and technological innovation strategy based on information conductive complex,i.e.,developing information conductive complex in implementing scientific and technological innovation in Silicon Valley and Zhong Guan Cun. |
