摘    要:介绍了基于光散射原理的光纤式表面粗糙度测量仪的原理和结构.研制了一种新型测量仪,其测量范围和测量精度都有很大的提高,并应用于在位钢轧辊的表面粗糙度检测

On in situ Measurement of Surface Roughness of the Steel Roller with Light Scattering
Abstract:The principle and structural design of an instrument for surface roughness measurement with optic fiber and based on light scattering theory are described. The measuring range and accuracy of the new instrument developed are both significantly improved. It has been applied to the measurement of the surface roughness of steel rollers in situ.
