| 摘 要： | 建立了适合测定碳酸饮料中的添加剂——山梨酸、苯甲酸和糖精钠的高效液相色谱方法。样品经过简单处理后使用高效液相色谱仪——二极管阵列检测器进行分析,外标法定量。实验结果表明线性相关系数为0.999 55~1.000 00,回收率在99.9%~107.1%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于0.5%,最低检测限为0.040~0.053μg.mL-1。

| Abstract: | In this paper,a method is developed for simultaneous determination of food additives by HPLC,such as soluble saccharin,benzoic acid and sorbic acid.An analysis of the three additives for each sample can be finishedin 3.5 min by HPLC-DADin external standard method.The linear correlation coefficient and the average recovery are high,while RSDand the detectionli mit are low. |
