The modern Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM) is the product of the combination of electron microscope and computer. Controlled by computer software,the complicated operation of TEM is simplified into three stages: 1.power on via single key;2.plain shaft adjustment and 3. sample observation. The sample platform and imaging section of H-7650 are installed with three dimensional (3D) motor drive and CCD.
