| 摘 要： | 本文对日益突出的通信技术标准的创新问题进行了探讨 ,分别从通信技术标准创新的内涵及其对通信产业的影响 ,说明了通信技术标准的创新是通信产业腾飞的必要条件 ,在此基础上 ,针对我国通信技术标准创新中的问题提出了一些对策 ,并对我国通信技术标准创新的重点领域进行了分析 ,希望能够为处于发展中的我国通信产业提供一些借鉴

| Abstract: | Innovation problems in telecommunication technology standards are highlighted. Based on intension of innovation in telecommunication technology standards and its impacts on telecommunication industry, it is concluded that innovation in telecommunication technology standards is very necessary for telecommunication development. Countermeasures to our innovation problems in telecommunication technology standards are proposed, and some key points are analyzed. |
