| 摘 要： | 通过对介绍以淀粉、甲醛、苯酚为原料,在酸性条件下,淀粉水解成D-葡萄糖,脱水生成羟甲基糠醛,与苯酚合成酚醛树脂胶粘剂,合成胶粘剂的粘结性能与未改性的酚醛树脂胶粘剂相比较,没有多大变化,而且减少甲醛的用量,降低了成本。本课题拟用淀粉部分取代甲醛合成淀粉改性酚醛树脂胶粘剂,通过正交试验研究甲醛用量、淀粉用量、pH等因素对样品性能的影响,找出最佳工艺配方。
