| 摘 要： | 现阶段我国社会矛盾和社会问题的实质是利益调整引起的利益失衡,说到底是利益矛盾和利益冲突,要构建社会主义和谐社会必须要正视社会利益矛盾,并且要善于化解社会利益矛盾,同时要建立起协调社会利益关系的机制。

| Abstract: | At the present stage,the essence of social contradictions and social problems in our country is that interest adjustment has resulted in a loss of balance of interest.It is a matter of interest contradictions and conflict of interest.Therefore,to build harmonious socialist society needs to face the facts of social interest contradictions,and to be good at eliminating social interest contradictions,at the same time to build up the mechanism of harmonizing social interest relation. |
