降低柴油发电机组噪声污染的研究

在广东省,功率不大于1000kW的柴油发电机组正广泛地使用着。它们又常常处于居民区中,由它产生的噪声级有的甚至超过国标规定值30dBA以上,因此,降低该噪声源的污染已成为改善噪声环境的一项重要研究课题。本文研究了柴油发电机组的噪声特性,提出了一些行之有效的降噪措施,还特别对100kW以下的小型机降噪技术作了探讨,文中介绍的噪声治理技术对各种功率的中小型机均能获得满意的结果,降噪工程造价亦明显降低,能为广大用户所接受。

Studies on Reduction of Noise Pollution from Diesel Generator Sets

Diesel generator sets (≤1000kW) often mounted in residential quarters in Guangdong China cause a noise level exceeding the allowable limit specified by the China's National Standard by 30 dBA or more. Therefore, reduction of the noise pollu-tion of the generator sets has become an important task in the field of environmental protection. This paper studies the characteristics of the noise and offers some effective measures for reducing the noise. The noise control technology of small—sized diesel generator sets (≤100kW) is also discussed specially. The noise treatment technology described in this paper can obtain satisfactory result for all types of these diesel generator sets (≤1000kW). The cost of the noise reduction system is low users to afford.
