应用型大学旅游创新人才培养模式探析--以长沙大学旅游管理专业为例

随着科学技术的飞速发展,产业结构和职业结构的调整越来越频繁,需要造就一大批具有创造精神和创造能力的应用型高素质人才.然而,现行旅游本科教育的人才培养模式,并未随着国内外环境巨变和旅游业自身发展需要而加以改革,基本上仍沿用传统的教学模式,一定程度的制约着旅游创新人才的培养.本文在对旅游创新人才知识、能力和素质结构加以科学厘定的基础上,提出了应用型大学旅游人才培养模式改革的基本思路.

On the Cultivation Mode of Applied Creative Person of Ability in Tourism in College

With the development of science and technology, the adjustment of industrial and occupational structures is becoming more and more frequent, and there is a need for a large number of applied talented people with creative spirit and ability. However, the current mode of cultivation of talented person in tourism still follows the traditional teaching mode, which to some extent restrains the cultivation of the creative person of ability in tourism. The paper proposes the basic principles for the reform of the cultivation mode on the base of the scientific definition of the knowledge, ability, and quality structure of the creative person of ability in tourism.
